About Us is a lot About You! Metalwordsmith is all about allowing you to find the perfect gift for others that you would want for yourself. Or just buy it for yourself! Our pieces look great in a living room or bedroom or outside on a fence in your yard. We have a few samples of what we can create. If you see something you like, you can easily select a color and size and order it with ease and confidence.

Don't see what you like? No problem. Tell us what you want cut in metal. If you want an elephant, eagle, cat or dog, bird or tree, just tell us and you will normally receive a proof within 24 hours. We won't start on your piece until you are happy with the proof sent to you. If you want some words cut out, just let us know. Please be aware that if you have a lot of words, you will need a larger piece of metal. But a few words can fit on the smaller sizes. Intricate graphics will need to be redrawn to be cut in metal.

We have unlimited colors from which to choose. Some we carry and others need to be special ordered. Our colors aren't just painted on metal. They are powder coated. The powder is applied electrostatically and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a skin. It is more durable than paint and has a more professional finish. Or you can choose no coating at all for a natural rustic, rusty appearance.

Please allow us up to a week to complete your piece once you approve the design. Often we can do it quicker than that. Shipping is always free and the time of delivery will depend on where you live. But these are made right here in the Pacific Northwest so you won't be waiting for a delivery from China.

Some people are more comfortable with email and others with a phone call. Whichever you are more comfortable with is fine with us. You can call 844.88METAL (that's 844.886.3825) 24/7. We don't keep regular hours but if there is too much noise in the shop, or we're sleeping, you will get our voicemail or answering service. Leave a message and we'll get back with you quickly.
